Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between us and our customers regarding the use of our IPTV service, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2. Subject of the Agreement
We provide our customers with access to digital IPTV content. The nature and extent of each service are defined in the relevant service description on our website or in the package you select.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of our offerings on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to make an offer. By placing your order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is formed once we confirm your order or begin providing the service.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices valid at the time of your order apply. All prices are either inclusive of, or subject to, statutory VAT depending on indication.
Payment is made via the payment methods we offer. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
5. Service Availability
We strive to ensure uninterrupted operation of the IPTV service. However, there may be limitations or interruptions beyond our control (e.g., disruptions to the internet, maintenance work).
6. Usage Rights
You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the provided content for private use only. Sharing, public display, or commercial use is only permitted within the scope of legal provisions and with our express consent.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, our liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, and to typical, foreseeable damages.
8. Term and Termination
Unless otherwise agreed, contracts are concluded without a fixed minimum term and may be terminated according to the notice period specified in the offer. The right to extraordinary termination for cause remains unaffected.
9. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If the customer is a merchant, our place of business is agreed as the place of jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection regulations remain unaffected.
